It's been missing for a long time and now it's back - our walnut bread mix with up to 85% less carbohydrates, perfect for your ketogenic diet. To keep you full as long as ever, it's especially high in protein and fibre, and all made with all-natural ingredients and no preservatives.

Thanks to our simple recipe, this baking mix is also suitable for many other diets or intolerances - whether gluten intolerance, diabetes or other. With just a few ingredients and a simple preparation, with just a little water, you will have a homemade, super tasty walnut bread in no time.

Ingredients: Golden flaxseed flour 42,8%, WALNUTS 15,4%, bean flour, pumpkin seed protein, psyllium husk powder, baking powder (acidifier: wine stone, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, release agent: corn starch), sea salt.

All agricultural raw materials come from certified organic cultivation.

*Reduced carbohydrates. Contains up to 84% fewer carbohydrates compared to common wheat bread.

Durability: Minimum shelf life of 14 days - Store in a cool and dry place.

Preparation:
1. PREHEAT. Preheat the oven to 210°C (top/bottom heat).
2. KNEAD. Add 300 ml of tap water and knead briefly.
3. SHAPE. Form it into a loaf and let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. BAKE and COOLING. Place the bread on a piece of baking paper in the lower third of the oven and bake for 60 minutes. Let the bread cool before cutting it. Bon Lizzappetit!

Endlich wieder Brot essen

Als Diabetikerin habe ich bisher überwiegend auf Brot verzichtet. Was für ein Luxus, jetzt wieder mal ein belegtes Brot zu essen. Auch für unterwegs nehme ich es gerne mit.

Da ich eigentlich Roggensauerteig-Fan bin, füge ich noch eine Prise Salz und etwas Brotgewürz dazu. So schmeckt es mir noch besser.

Wird mein Adventsbrot

Es ist leicht bitterlich, andere würden vielleicht sagen: es ist herzhaft. Die vielen Walnüsse sind wunderbar und auch die fluffige Konsistenz. Mit einer handvoll Rosinen, Orangeat und Zitronat, einer Prise Zimt und Kardamom wurde es bei mir sogar ein Adventsbrot..
