1. PREPARE. For each portion of pasta (100 g), bring 1 litre of salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. COOK. Add the pasta to the boiling water and turn off the heat. Let the pasta sit in the pot with the lid closed for 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
3. SERVE. Drain the pasta and immediately mix in some oil. Add your favourite sauce. Bon Lizzappetit!

TIP: For pasta salad, rinse the pasta with cold water after cooking

1. PREHEAT. Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat).
2. TOPPING. Place the pizza base on baking paper and top as desired.
3. BAKING. Bake the pizza base for 6-8 minutes until the pizza base is crispy.

Enjoy your muesli straight out of bag, with yogurt, milk or a vegan alternative of your choice.


1. MIXING. Mix the entire baking mix with 1/2 package dry yeast (approx. 3,5 g), 1 tsp maple syrup and 290 g lukewarm tap water.
2. LET RISE. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise at room temperature for about 1 hr.
3. PREHEAT. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
4. KNEAD. Knead the dough again briefly and put it into a approx. 20 cm well-greased loaf pan.
5. BAKE. Place the loaf pan on an oven rack in the lower third of the oven and bake at 180°C for about 65 minutes.
6. COOLING. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 15 min. Turn it out of the pan and let it cool out completely before cutting it. Bon Lizzappetit!

For a loaf shape, after kneading, form a loaf after the rising time and
place it on the wire rack with baking paper.

1. PREHEAT. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
2. KNEAD. Add 240 ml of still water to the baking mix and knead for approximately 2-3 minutes. You can do this by hand or using a mixer with a dough hook.
3. SHAPE. Shape 4 rolls (approx. 120 g each) from the dough. Carve a cross shape on the surface of the roll if you want them to pop.
4. BAKE. Place the rolls on a piece of baking paper and bake for 50 minutes in the lower third of the oven.
5. COOL. Let the rolls cool before cutting them. Bon Lizzappetit!

1. PREHEAT. Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat.
2. MIX. Combine the entire baking mixture with 30 ml of oil and 150 ml of soy drink (or another milk alternative) in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
3. BAKE. Divide the muffin mixture between 6 muffin tins in a muffin tray and bake for 25-30 minutes in the lower third of the oven.
4. COOL. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin and enjoy. Bon Lizzappetit!
