Ingredients: Sweetener: erythritol, soy flour, grated coconut 18,9%, coconut flour 9,6%, golden flaxseed flour 7,2%, raspberry 3,3%, baking powder (acidifier: wine stone, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, release agent: corn starch).

All raw materials come from controlled organic cultivation.

1. PREPARE and MIXING. Put 1 tbsp oil (10 g) and 5 tbsp (50 g) soy milk (or another milk alternative) into a mug. Add the entire content of the bag and mix thoroughly.

2. BAKE and ENJOY. Place the mug in the microwave and cook for 2,5 minutes at 800 watts. Let it cool briefly and enjoy while warm. Bon Lizzappetit!
