Please note: May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. Keep away from animals! Even small amounts of xylitol can be dangerous for dogs. Cats, on the other hand, tolerate xylitol without problems. The dextrose contained in the product is not actively used for sweetening. It is only a component of the pectin used for gelling made from natural raw materials. Without the addition of dextrose, the functional quality of the pectin can't be guaranteed. However, the content is negligible and has virtually no influence on the total sugar content. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
