Vielen lieben Dank für Deine ehrliche Rückmeldung. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Dir der Tassenkuchen geschmeckt hat. Dass Dir die Konsistenz nicht zugesagt hat, tut uns natürlich leid. Wir sind stets um Verbesserungen bemüht und werden Deine Kritik ernst nehmen.
Ich habe den Kuchen mit Kokosöl und Sahne, statt wie angegeben mit Öl und Sojamilch gemacht. Das hat gut funktioniert, er ist beim Backen in der Mikrowelle gut aufgegangen und war sehr locker. Er schmeckt gut, nicht zu süß, kommt allerdings nicht ganz an einen normalen Kuchen ran. Schokosoße über den Kuchen hätte noch gut gepasst, ich kenne allerdings keine in Low Carb Variante.
