Ingredients: flour made from linseed, white bean flour, pumpkin seed protein, psyllium husk powder. All raw materials come from controlled organic cultivation.

Durability: The shelf life is of at least 6 months.

  1. Bring water to boil. Be generous with the size of your pan, the amount of water and the salt. Tip: Make sure to reduce the heat once the water starts boiling.
  2. Open and fill. Open the pack of pasta and pour the content into the water pot - make sure that it's boiling.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes. Cook according to taste. Do you prefer it al dente or cooked further?
  4. Drain. Drain the pasta and cover with sauce. Use to make an alternative to casserole or a pasta salad.
  5. Enjoy. Bon Lizzappetite!

Tip: Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the water and fry the pasta in a pan with some oil after cooking so that the linseed does not stick.

Farbe und Konsistenz täuschen, denn Geschmack ist irre!

Zuerst war ich sehr skeptisch geworden, als ich die kochenden Nudeln gesehen habe. Sie sahen nicht gerade ansprechend appetitlich aus. Aber bei dem ersten Löffel war ich schnell überzeugt, denn der Geschmack war überraschend sehr positiv.

Low Carb für PastaliebhaberInnen

In einem Wiener Supermarkt entdeckt und heute erstmals ausprobiert. Diese Rigatoni sind einfach delikat. Ich habe sie zwei Minuten länger in Salzwasser gekocht als die angegebenen 5 Minuten und dann mit Olivenöl, Fetakäse und Wildkräutern gemischt. Und es ist tatsächlich kaum ein Unterschied zu Vollkornnudeln zu schmecken. Ich denke, sie könnten selbst ausgeprägte Pastaliebhaberinnen überzeugen.

Great texture

It has a texture similar to wholewheat. I eat a lot of chickpea pasta, but this is a much nicer flavour.
