Ingredients: flaxseed flour, bean flour, pumpkin seed protein, psyllium husk powder, winestone baking powder (acidifier: winestone, baking agent: sodium bicarbonate, separating agent: corn starch), sea salt.
All raw materials come from controlled organic cultivation.
Durability: Minimum shelf life of 14 days - Store in a cool and dry place. After slicing, store the bread in the refrigerator and enjoy within the next few days.
- 1. Stir 80 g baking mixture with 90 ml sparkling water and knead well.
- 2. Press the dough into a mug and bake the single mug for 4 minutes at 800 Watt in the microwave.
- 3. Topple the bread from the mug and let it cool down, cut it and cover it as desired.
- 4. Bon Lizzappetit!

No need to miss bread!
I've been on the Keto diet for a couple of months and was missing bread. These Mug Breads far exceeded my expectation - so easy and so delicious! I can't believe how much the texture and taste is like normal bread! Delicious!

Way better than expected
I was amazed at how quick and easy this bread in a mug is to cook. Very good texture and flavour. Very filling. I will definitely buy again.

Überraschend lecker!
Da hatte ich mir, ehrlich gesagt, nicht so viel von versprochen. Aber weit gefehlt: das Tassenbrot ist total lecker, fluffig und wirklich in 4 Minuten zubereitet.
