Ingredients: Golden flaxseed flour 23,1%, whole rice flour, millet flour, pumpkin seed protein 12,1%, buckwheat flour, pumpkin seeds 7,7%, carrots 5,5%, buckwheat sourdough powder, baking powder (acidifier: wine stone, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, release agent: corn starch), thickener: guar gum, sea salt.

PREPARE. Combine the baking mix with 9 tbsp (90 ml) water and knead well.
BAKE. Press the dough into a mug and bake separately in the microwave for 4 minutes at 800 w.
