This keto bread mix conjures up a delicious, vegan onion bread in just a few steps. We do not use any added sugar. Instead, we have paid attention to 100% organic ingredients, lots of protein and fibre, as well as the absence of gluten and lactose. All around a perfect bread. Yummy!

Ingredients: Golden flaxseed flour 45,6%, faba bean flour, pumpkin seed protein, fried onions 9,7% (onions, sunflower oil), psyllium husk powder, baking powder (acidifier: wine stone, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, release agent: corn starch), sea salt. May contain traces of soy and nuts (walnut, almond).

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (top/bottom heat).
2. Add 300 ml of tap water and knead briefly.
3. Form it into a loaf and let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. Place the bread on a piece of baking paper in the lower third of the oven and bake for 60 minutes. Let the bread cool before cutting it. Bon Lizzappetit!
