Zucchini Pasta Boats

  • Ingredients for 2 portions
  • 100 g Lizza Low Carb Pasta
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 glass of Lizza Tomato Sauce
  • fresh oregano
  • 1 small chilli pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper

To the pasta


  1. Prep the Lizza Pasta as described on the box. Cool down with cold water when they are finished.
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut in half and use a spoon to scrape out the soft insides.
  3. Slice the chilli pepper in half and remove the core. Cut into small pieces.
  4. Wash tomatoes and cut in half.
  5. Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce and use it to fill the zucchini halves. Sprinkle the chillies and tomatoes on top.
  6. Pour olive oil over the zucchinis and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C top & bottom heat) for 15 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh oregano before serving and enjoy.
