Sweet wrap with avocado chocolate cream

  • Ingredients for 2 servings
  • 1 pack of Lizza Wrap baking mix
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • Seeds from 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 3-4 tbsp xylitol
  • 1 splash of milk
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 50 g roasted cashews
  • Fresh mint for garnish


How to make it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (conventional).
  2. Prepare the Lizza wrap dough according to the package instructions. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece out as thinly as possible between two sheets of baking paper.
  3. Scoop out the avocado and blend the flesh with raw cacao powder, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, xylitol, and a splash of milk, until you get a creamy mixture.
  4. Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Wash the blueberries and cut them in half. Roast the cashews in a pan without oil and chop them coarsely.
  5. In a non-stick pan, cook the wraps without oil until both sides are nicely browned (about 1-2 minutes).
  6. Fill the lukewarm wraps with the avocado-chocolate cream, strawberries, blueberries, and chopped cashews. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.

Gourmet tip: Additionally, garnish with some chocolate sauce. To do so, mix coconut oil, raw cacao powder, and xylitol and spread over the wraps.
