Spring Pizza with Avocado and Camembert
- Ingredients for 6 pieces
- 1 Lizza Pizza Base
- 1/2 avocado
- 3-4 strawberries
- 2 tbsp vegan creme fraiche
- 1/2 vegan Camembert (Happy Cashew)
- Almond flakes to dress
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (top / bottom heat).
- Halve the avocado and strawberries, and cut the vegan camembert into thin slices.
- Stir the vegan creme fraiche until creamy and spread over the Lizza Pizza Base.
- Then distribute the avocado, strawberries and the camembert evenly on the pizza base and sprinkle with almond flakes.
- Bake the pizza in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
