Pizza with Grilled Vegetables
- Ingredients for 1 portion
- 1 Lizza Pizza Base
- 1/2 Lizza Tomato Sauce
- 1 small zucchini
- 1/2 eggplant
- 2 small onions
- 4 - 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt & pepper
Preparation:

Cut the zucchini and eggplant into slices and fry in a pan over medium heat. If necessary, add a tbsp of water.

Cut onions into rings and quarter tomatoes.

Soften the onions in 1 tsp of olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 200°C with circulating air setting.

Brush the Lizza Pizza Base with the tomato sauce and top with the fried vegetables.

Garnish with tomatoes and add salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 8-9 minutes.
Gourmet tip: choose vegetables that are in season and you can buy fresh!
