Pizza Margherita

  • Ingredients for 2 pizzas
  • 2 Lizza Pizza bases
  • 4 tbsp Lizza Tomato Sauce
  • 80g Vegan mascarpone or desired Vegan cheese (i.e. Meggle)
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs mix

To the pizzabase

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Spread tomato sauce over crusts.
  3. Top each crust with mascarpone cheese and Italian herbs.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.

Tip: you can use any type of cheese, or herbs you prefer.
