- 2 Lizza Pizza bases
- 4 tbsp Lizza Tomato Sauce
- 80g Vegan mascarpone or desired Vegan cheese (i.e. Meggle)
- 2 tsp Italian herbs mix
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Spread tomato sauce over crusts.
- Top each crust with mascarpone cheese and Italian herbs.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Tip: you can use any type of cheese, or herbs you prefer.
