Low Carb Muesli Cookies
- Ingredients for 9 cookies
- 100 g Lizza Muesli Red Berries
- 2 tbsp Lizza Strawberry Jam
- 40 g Lizza Sweet Baking Mix
- 10 g unsweetened coconut shreds /desiccated coconut
- 60 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 35 g Vegan butter, coconut oil, or vegetable oil
- 30 g Lizza Erythritol
Preparation:
- Melt butter in a microwave.
- Add butter and rest of the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put a tablespoon of mixture onto the baking sheet. Press gently with the back of a spoon to flatten. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool before removing from the baking sheet.
