Low Carb Muesli Cookies

  • Ingredients for 9 cookies
  • 100 g Lizza Muesli Red Berries
  • 2 tbsp Lizza Strawberry Jam
  • 40 g Lizza Sweet Baking Mix
  • 10 g unsweetened coconut shreds /desiccated coconut
  • 60 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 35 g Vegan butter, coconut oil, or vegetable oil
  • 30 g Lizza Erythritol

To Muesli


    1. Melt butter in a microwave.
    2. Add butter and rest of the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
    3. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    4. Put a tablespoon of mixture onto the baking sheet. Press gently with the back of a spoon to flatten. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
    5. Bake for 15 minutes.
    6. Cool before removing from the baking sheet.
