Lizza Toast with Chocolate and Peanuts spread

  • Ingredients for 2 portions
  • 2 Lizza Pizza Bases
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tsp xylitol
  • Nut milk as required
  • Chopped salted peanuts to taste

To Pizza


  1. Slice and toast the Lizza pizza bases.
  2. Meanwhile, stir in the chocolate peanut spread with all ingredients together and add the nut milk until you achieve a smooth spreadable consistency. 
  3. Then heat the cream up in the microwave for 15 seconds to dissolve the xylitol.
  4. Spread the cream over the Lizzas and serve with the chopped nuts.

    Gourmet tip: in the summer, try adding some fresh berries on top!
