Baked Apple Pasta

  • Ingredients for 2 portions
  • 55 g Lizza Low Carb Pasta
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 tsp coconut sugar
  • 20 g almonds
  • 100 ml of water
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper

  1. Cut off the top of the apples and hollow them both out.
  2. Put the insides of the apples in a pan and fry them with coconut oil on medium heat for 10 minutes. Mix with 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg and 1 tsp coconut sugar.
  3. Place the hollowed out apples in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 ° C.
  4. Prepare Lizza pasta according to the instructions.
  5. Add the finished pasta to the apple mixture in the pan and let it fry. Pour 2 tsp coconut sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon over the pasta and add water. Let the water simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Take the apples out of the oven and fill with pasta. Finally sprinkle the almonds and a little spice on the top.
