Baked Apple Pasta
- Ingredients for 2 portions
- 55 g Lizza Low Carb Pasta
- 2 apples
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 3 tsp coconut sugar
- 20 g almonds
- 100 ml of water
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Cut off the top of the apples and hollow them both out.
- Put the insides of the apples in a pan and fry them with coconut oil on medium heat for 10 minutes. Mix with 1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg and 1 tsp coconut sugar.
- Place the hollowed out apples in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 ° C.
- Prepare Lizza pasta according to the instructions.
- Add the finished pasta to the apple mixture in the pan and let it fry. Pour 2 tsp coconut sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon over the pasta and add water. Let the water simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Take the apples out of the oven and fill with pasta. Finally sprinkle the almonds and a little spice on the top.
