Lemon Poppy Seeds Clafoutis


  • Ingredients for 2 clafoutis
  • 4 tbsp Lizza Sweet Baking Mix
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 30 g erythritol
  • 80 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 60 ml full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
  • 60 g cherries, blackberries, or raspberries




    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    2. In a bowl, combine butter with erythritol.
    3. Add Lizza Sweet Baking Mix and stir until combined.
    4. Fold in xanthan gum, almond milk, coconut milk, baking powder, vanilla, poppy seeds, and lemon zest.
    5. Grease 2 ramekins or small pie plates with butter.
    6. Divide the mixture between the plates and top with desired fruits.
    7. Bake covered with a piece of parchment paper for 20 minutes. Remove the paper and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
    8. Serve warm.
