Broccoli and Mozzarella patty with Curd Cheese

  • Ingredients for 8 portions
  • For the patties
  • 2 tbsp Golden Flaxseed Lizza Flour
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 300g broccoli
  • 125g Mozzarella (1 ball)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper
  • Some coconut oil for frying
  • For the dressing
  • 5 radishes
  • 250g curd cheese
  • 2 tbsp linseed oil
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp cress
  • Salt & pepper to taste

To Flour


  1. Wash, clean and cook the broccoli. Then cut the broccoli and mozzarella in large pieces.
  2. Mix broccoli, mozzarella, Lizza's golden flaxseed flour, almond flour, egg, parmesan, salt and pepper together.
  3. Make about 8 patties out of the mixture and fry them in a pan with coconut oil.
  4. Clean and wash the radishes, then cut them into thin slices. Finely chop the dill. Mix the curd cheese, linseed oil, radishes, and dill together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the patties with the curd cheese and sprinkle them with cress.
